Charity event: Garstang United Reformed Church Charity Coffee Team make a presentation to the Baby Beat Appeal

At the beginning of January, Garstang United Reformed Church Charity Coffee Morning Team presented Anne McKie (vice-chairman of The Baby Beat Appeal, based at Preston Royal Infirmary) with cheques totalling £959.

At the same event, Thomas Teasdale, of Dale Hey Farm, Ribchester, presented a cheque for £151 to Anne McKie. The Teasdale family raised the money by selling used books, bric-a-brac etc. to their caravaners.
