Garstang pub re-opens 'part-time'

THE Flag pub on the A6, Garstang, has re-opened, though the search for new permanent tenants is to continue.
The pub's previous licence holder left earlier this summer and the pub closed.
Now owners Marston say it has reopened at evenings and weekends and is being run by an agency.
A Marston's spokesperson said: "The Flag is currently being run for Marston's by an agency.
"Marston's is in talks with several new operators about the long term future of the business and hope to have the venue open and trading with a new operator once this has been decided."
