Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to after a man was seen touching himself inappropriately in public.

Officers were called out to Colbran Street, Burnley, at around 5pm on Sunday to reports a man had been carrying out a lewd act in full view on a residential street.

Det. Sgt Paul Barlow, of Burnley Police, said: “This is clearly quite a concerning incident, where a male appears to have been touching himself inappropriately in public in broad daylight.

“We are now keen to trace the man pictured, in connection with our ongoing investigation, and we would urge anyone who recognises him or has information about who he might be to contact us.”
