Brabin’s Shop and Tea Room on Talbot Street, Chipping is hosting a fun filled charity do called Winterfest in aid of the RSPCA, Preston and the North West Ambulance on Sunday, November 20 from 1pm to 5pm.

Besides the launch of a new art exhibition, a number of crafters will be demonstrating their skills and selling their wares.

Or, why not have a photo taken with Brabin’s mascot, Rosie the pony or one of Brabin’s pets, or even take along your own pets? For there will be a photographer present who specialises in animal photography.

There will also be the opportunity to make Christmas cards and calendars for a small fee and seasonal food and drinks will be available in the tea room.

If that is not enough to tempt you, there is also a rumour going about Santa will be paying a visit.

Admission is free, but donations will be very welcome.
