Lambs and chicks were fed and held by youngsters from Chipping Early Learner’s Pre-School, when 24 pupils enjoyed an end of term trip to Bowland Wild Boar Park.

The children were also given a guided tour of the animals, enjoyed a tractor and trailer ride, played on the adventure playground and tucked into a picnic lunch.

Thanks went from everyone to Chris Bailey and his team at the Boar Park for a great day out.

Nine children said goodbye to pre-school as they move onto Brabin’s and St Mary’s schools in Chipping.

Manager Anne Seed and childcare apprentice Hannah Kenyon also said farewell as they left and moved to teaching posts in Goosnargh.
