The sun shone down on the annual Barnacre Church Exhibition.
The event, held over the weekend saw scores of people showcase their flower displays and art work.
The exhibition is held each year and this year marked its 41st anniversary.
As well as the flower and art work, there was a selection of craft stalls, food stalls, a tombola and a selection of tractors on display.
One of the church’s wardens Jean Miller said exhibitors ranged in age from five yearsold to people in their 60s and the theme for this year’s exhibition was musicals, with displays based around some of the top shows including Mary Poppins and Grease.
She said: “Sunday was very busy. It has been a really happy, jolly event.
“There were lots of people there who have never been before. It was a really good weekend.
“We don’t know much we have raised yet because money is still coming in.
