The catwalk comes to a Myerscough farm for a special family fundraiser.

Guests will be treated to the latest trends and prosecco for the special event at Eastwood Farm, Myerscough on Saturday September 12 in a bid to raise cash for Kidney Research UK

The event has been spearheaded by the Dunn family from Claughton, whose teenage son Jonothon, 13, suffers from a kidney condition Iga. Nephropathy.

His mum Susan with friend Joanne, who lives at the farm at Stanzaker Hall Drive have organised the event, open to all famillies.

As well as a fashion show, the pair will put on a Prosecco bar and a raffle. All the proceeds from the ticket sales will go towards funding a research and treatment programme into Iga

Tickets are available by calling Sue on 07803 167 084 or Jo 07791 749 255.

The event is one of a number of fundraisers being undertaken by the family. On September 20 Susan, husband Steven, Jonothon and brothers Lawson 11 and Nathan 10, will pull on their walking shoes for the seven-mile Glasgow Bridges walk
