Gala’s glorious sunshine day is joy for all

From The Jungle Book to Chitty Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, the Wizard of Oz to Peter Pan it was a show business inspired journey of delight for all participants in the sun-filled Preesall and Knott End Gala last Saturday,

The colourful procession wound its way from Knott End ferry terminal to the Lancaster Road playing fields... and that was only for starters.
