Grimsargh Players cook up a 'Recipe for Murder'

The curtains go up on Grimsargh Players' latest production, the thriller '˜Recipe for Murder' this week.

By JD Robins, this fast moving and often funny thriller is being staged at The Preston Playhouse, Market Street West for four performances from Wednesday until Saturday, at 7.30pm each night.

David Lawson (Chris Turner) a research scientist, is not a well man. His sister ‘Beatie’ Beatrice Haywood (Marie Gorman) thinks his wife Claire (Theresa Pollard) doesn’t take proper care of him and visiting journalist Kit Kelly (Neil Williams) begins to suspect that Claire may be guilty of more than just negligence....
