How long have you lived in the property?
I have lived in the house for 27 years it’s a very friendly neighbourhood with good neighbours some being here a lot longer than we have, the big green in front of the house has had many family fun days, BBQs where all the neighbours get to get together, and at Christmas it is very festive. There is also a small children’s play area, so if you have children you can keep an eye on them from the front window.
What have you done since moving into the property?
The property has been extended to twice its original size, with a double garage ,conservatory and an additional lounge (cinema lounge), new bigger kitchen with five-burner Falcon gas range.
Why are you selling?
I have decided to go and live abroad.
What is your favourite room and why?
All the rooms to me are nice as they have been so tastefully done, but I must say the garden, which is very spacious and has been developed over many years, is a beautiful feature. What will you miss most about moving?
It has been a family home for so long and has been a lovely neighbourhood to live in, its handy for local shops, village pubs and the general feel of the area has been very settling, it is also very quiet and feels very safe. It is an ideal family home.
