Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service will hosts its own annual bonfire and firework display on November 5.

It will be held at the service’s training centre in Westway, Euxton, near Preston.

The gates at the Washington Hall will open at 6pm with the bonfire being lit at approximately 7pm before the fireworks start at 7.30pm.

The cost for the event is £3 per adult and £2 per child or £10 for a family of five. There is limited parking available and the cost will be £10 per car.

For further information, ring the training centre on 01257 266611 or email aimeehindle@lancsfirerescue.org.uk

Bonfire night is traditionally the busiest day of the year for Lancashire’s firefighters and the service is advising members of the public to attend an organised bonfire and firework display.
