Comedy, theatre, poetry and more are all on the bill for this week’s KorovaKlectic night at Preston’s Korova Arts Café & Bar tomorrow.

Emerging comedians Dean Mavros and James Oakley will be trialling new material.

And the evening will also feature local acts, including Preston-based performance poet Nicholas Guy Williams, contemporary theatre performer Jack Coverdale, and rapping duo Too Serious and TJ. The evening will be hosted by rising Manchester-based comedian Danny Sutcliffe (pictured.)

Korova aims to create the evening as a premier showcasing opportunity for emerging work from around the region.

Last month the night saw two acts heading towards the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Michael J. Dolan and Gein’s Family Gift Shop, and Korova are hoping to continue to attract similar acts, along with providing opportunities for new talent to develop work.

And to further this end, they are on the lookout for local artists and comedians to come and take part in the evening.
