Two of the funniest men on the Fylde coast Phil Walker and Steve Royle join forces for a night of hilarious stand-up comedy on Friday, April 1st - at Viva Cabaret Showbar, Blackpool.
The show, entitled April Fools, does just what it says on the poster, two hours of nonstop fun and for just a £10 ticket price. Over 16s only.
Both panto veterans, writers, as well as accomplished comedians, the pair know their market.
They aim to hit the mark and shamelessly play to, and off, a receptive resort audience in a seafront attraction rapidly winning a reputation for offering a varied bill at an affordable price.
The venue’s got a curate’s egg of a bill for this Easter weekend too, from the love him or loathe him Roy Chubby Brown (over 18s for that one), on Good Friday, to a Vegas-style evening with talented Leye D Johns, guests vocalists and VIVA Showgirls on Saturday.
Sunday brings Billy Pearce, one of Blackpool’s most bankable names, comedian and actor, to the venue, having smashed box office records elsewhere. And irrepressible all round entertainer and TV presenter Brian Conley returns to Viva in Alive and Dangerous on Friday April 8. For more see www.vivablackpool.com/live-shows
