The new group will have the opportunity to learn from a diverse songbook, adding: “The choir will sing a diverse selection of contemporary and uplifting songs from The Jacksons to Jazz Spirituals, from Bill Withers to Take That.”
The choir will meet in the church hall of Christchurch Methodist Church (entrance to the hall is on Chapel street off Berry Lane) each week on a Monday evening between 7.30 and 9pm.
The first taster session is on Monday January 11 and will be free of charge.
