A man accused of burgling a house is due to appear before Preston Crown Court on Tuesday.

Lee Biggs, 40, previously appeared before magistrates accused of burgling a house on Almond Drive in Coppull, Chorley.

The alleged incident, in which clothing was stolen, happened on December 5 last year.

Mr Biggs, of Deerfold, Chorley, is expected to before Judge Andrew Jefferies QC by a video link.

Preston’s courts are operating a limited number of hearings using Skype to connect counsel, defendants and judges during the coronavirus crisis.
