A Lancaster man appeared in court charged with theft from two different shops.

David Spencer, 33, of Greenset Close, Lancaster is accused of stealing alcohol worth £59.96 from Lidl and household items from Farmfoods of an unknown value.

He is due to appear at Preston Magistrates’ Court on January 17, 2023.
