Although Ellams is still only 24, he has already performed at venues as wide ranging as the Queen Elizabeth Hall, the Tate Modern and Glastonbury and Latitude festivals.

From 8pm at the South Meadow Lane pub, he performs his free-flowing narrative of the hilarious exploits of a mischievous boy growing up from the clay streets of Nigeria to Dublin and finally London.

Tickets are £7 or £5 concessions.
