Wonderland and bloodlust at Hall

A bloody King and a Red Queen will be brought to life outdoors in Lancashire later this summer.

Shakespeare’s Macbeth and Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll will be staged by Say Two Productions at Bretherton Hall, near Leyland, in August.

Dynamic, interactive and fun for all the family, Alice in Wonderland is on Sunday, August 2 at 3pm.

Macbeth, the famous ‘Scottish play’, is on Saturday, August 15 at 3pm.

Carroll’s wild and surreal masterpiece, this year Alice in Wonderland celebrates its 150th anniversary.

Macbeth, arguably The Bard’s darkest tragedy, is a tale of ambition, witchcraft, murder, retribution, guilt and despair.
