Two days of excitement on the Lowther Estate

Coming to the beautiful grounds of Lowther Estate this weekend is the most-anticipated countryside attraction the Lowther Show.

In association with Cumbria Life the Lowther Show brings an amazing showcase of entertainment, sporting championships and countryside living.

Gracing Lowther’s Main Arena this year are the Devil’s Horsemen, Europe’s number one stunt and trick riding team.

Be amazed as they perform their breath-taking, action-packed displays – show stopping skills and daredevil antics that will appeal to all members of the family.

Britain’s top equestrian stunt team are one of the highlights of the 2015 Lowther Show, be sure not to miss their exhilarating display.

Also in the Main Arena is Britain’s longest established and leading dog display, the Essex Dog Display Team.

They never fail to give the audience a truly outstanding performance, as well as a distinctive, interesting commentary.

The Essex Dogs consist of ten various breeds and appeal to all ages, as they are an original dog display team who carry out various exercises proving that they are not just an agility team.

The Royal Signals White Helmets will also perform in Lowther’s Main Arena, demonstrating all of the qualities demanded of the modern Royal Signals soldier.

A team of 30 volunteer soldiers from the Corps make up the Royal Signals White Helmets, giving their traditional, thrilling and disciplined performances on British Millennium Triumph 750cc motorcycles.

The record-breaking team perform in immaculate uniforms whilst showcasing their qualities of teamwork, bravery, trust, strength and agility that are essential in the modern Army.

With other highlights including the Lowther Hound Show, a Taste Cumbria Food and Beer Festival and Lowther Fishing Island, as well as plenty of family entertainment and stalls selling a variety of countryside inspired gifts and accessories, the 2015 Lowther Show is definitely not one to miss.
