We’ll be back bigger and better
Organisers today hailed Prestfest a roaring success – they announced it’ll definitely be back next year.
The three-day event featured offers at pubs, restaurants and even lap dancing bars across the city, along with giants roaming the streets in a spectacular finale.

Hide AdIn fact, Mark Whittle, of Business Improvement District (BID),which organised the event alongside the Preston by Night Committee, says the last weekend of January was busier than the final weekend of 2013.
Incredibly, the Friday saw almost double the number of people shopping and socialising in the city, compared to last year.
Mr Whittle today revealed the organisers are holding a meeting in the first week of March in order to finalise a date for another event later this year.
Mr Whittle said: “ I can assure you that it will be bigger and better, with some nice surprises and the best offers/deals that we’ve had to date.

PrestFest works to improve the standard and quality of our City at night in order to offer more to Preston’s visitors, and I would say they’re succeeding at it, wouldn’t you?
