13. Crystal House

15. University of Central Lancashire
This one is a tricky entry to the list of ugly buildings - simply because the University of Central Lancashire is a sprawling campus with many different buildings, some old and some only a few years old. Pictured here is the Foster Building, which has sat in the centre of this campus for many years. More recently it has been overshadowed by the new Engineering Innovation Centre Photo: John Hughes
16. Casper House
This image has been picked out to show Casper House on the Adelphi roundabout in the city centre. It was selected as one of the ugliest buildings in Preston, but it has now been demolished to make way for a new university structure.
