Brabin’s Gallery in Chipping has welcomed Lodge Artists Society, which is exhibiting their work during April.

Lodge Artists Society is a long-established group of amateur and professional artists from the Chorley area, who meet regularly to sketch, paint and exchange ideas.

They regularly exhibit their work in various venues throughout the North West.

The artists produce a wide variety of pictures in different media – subject matter includes local views, wildlife, floral and many other interests.

The standard of work is very high but at affordable prices, and this will be their first exhibition at Brabin’s Gallery.

The exhibition is open every day from 9am till 5pm (closed 1pm-2pm weekdays). Admission is free.

The gallery is at the rear of Brabin’s Shop in Talbot Street, Chipping.

Built in 1668, the shop is the oldest continuously trading shop in the country. More information can be found at
