Its location being near the golf course, the layout of the estate, and the potential of the property.

2 How long have you lived in the property?

Five years.

3 What have you done to the house since moving into the property?

A complete renovation inside and out. Solid wood flooring throughout the ground floor, the conversion of the integral garage into a fourth bedroom with en-suite, new kitchen, conservatory with log burner, landscaped gardens front and rear, and a purpose built gym/study in the rear garden with full lighting, heating, and internet provision.

4 Why are you selling?

Our home is now too big for us, the children have now left home and we are looking to downsize.

5 What is your favourite room and why?

Our favourite room is the conservatory. Sitting in the evening after work on a cold winter’s night watching a DVD with a cappuccino in front of a glowing log burner.

6 What will you miss most about moving?

Dukes Meadow is a small community and is extremely friendly. We have great neighbours and will miss them all. But most of all we have had some great family times here and the house lends itself to more of these but this will now be for the next family to have.

7 How close are the amenities?

There is a Spar, chip shop/Chinese, and hairdressers, across the road from the Dukes Meadow.

8 To whom would this property be best suited?

The property would be best suited to a family. The property has been redesigned to offer flexibility in terms of adapting the open plan inside living space to accommodate a variety of family needs. For example the study can be a further reception room, teenager’s bedroom with en suite, or a double master with en suite.
