33. These boys landed a perfect score - a summer holiday with a difference. While their classroom contemporaries looked forward to sea and sand, they went back to school. The group were among 170 children from Preston, Clitheroe and Blackburn who signed up for lessons at Stonyhurst College in the Ribble Valley. 34. Martin Sumber celebrated his 21st birthday in style with an impressive victory in the Preston and Fulwood amateur boxing show at a packed Preston Stadium. 35. A small school with big sporting ambitions - that is All Hallows RC High. Although only having two full-time physicall education teachers the school, situated in a beautiful corner of Penwprtham, Preston, is beginning to compete with the area's bigger outfits. One pupil, Glen Johnstone, represents South Ribble at cricket. He is showing off his skills above watched by Sarah Moss, Belinda Bamber and Jenny Beesley, who all also represent South Ribble in various Lancashire competitions
