Young Mark Winstanley's colouring skills won him first prize in a police-run competition. He come out tops in the annual "never go with a stranger" contest. Mark, a fourth form pupil at Queen's Drive Primary school in Fulwood, Preston, won a certificate for himself and a shield for the school. He is pictured receiving his prize from Supt Ron Harrison, who is second in command of Preston Division
