A group of new offices in Garstang are proving popular with time running out to put your name down.

Located on the first and second floors above the retail units adjoining Booths foodstore on Cherestanc Square, five out of seven suites are under offer to new tenants.

That’s according to commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co.

Local solicitors Harrison Drury, who have operated from the first floor since 2010, will be joined by other tenants ready to move in on completion in the next few weeks.

Joe Assalone, Partner at Robert Pinkus & Co said, “There has been a growing requirement in Garstang for offices to accommodate a range of small to mid-sized businesses and the upper space above the existing retail units provides the perfect solution.

“By dividing the upper floor space into smaller suites, landlord Booths has been able to fulfil a local demand and help businesses find a foothold in Garstang town centre.”

The finished office suites will benefit from solid flooring finished with carpet tiles, double glazing, air conditioning, perimeter trunking for data and power, communal kitchen and toilet facilities with both lift and stair access.

The remaining offices are being marketed to let by Robert Pinkus & Co and for further information on the offices contact Joe Assalone on 01772 76900 or email
