Three high flying work colleagues recently took part in a skydive for charity.

Megan Armer, Lucy Ibison and Anna Walling from Wallings Ice Cream Farm on Garstang Road, Cockerham, did not have far to go for their aerial adventure.

The nearby Black Knights Parachute Centre on Hillam Lane, Cockerham, was the venue for their fund raiser for Children With Cancer UK.

The three raised £1,191 and declared it “the best experience ever.” Now they want to thank everyone who sponsored them.

Undaunted by their testing challenge the daring trio got a taste for adventure and say they are now thinking of booking another skydive.
