Six men admit Leyland violent disorder charge

Several men have admitted being involved in a fracas in Leyland.

Shehroz Ahmad, 19, of Primrose Grove; Adam Khan, 19, of Albert Terrace, Murad Sadique Mohammed, 19, of Leo Case Court, Samadur Rahman, 20, of Curwen Street, Dilbagh Singh, 18, of Brackenbury Road and Gurmail Singh, 19, also of Brackenbury Road, admitted a charge of violent disorder.

It relates to a public order incident on March 4 last year.

All six will now face sentencing at Preston Crown Court on February 5, 2021.

A sixth man, Amaam Ali Masud, 19, of St Stephens Road, denies violent disorder and dangerous driving on Vicarsfield Road, Leyland, on the same date.

He is expected to face a trial scheduled for November 29, 2021.
