Andrew Phimister, 50, of no fixed abode, admits using threatening behaviour, damaging two cars, and breaching an order, and must pay £200 compensation, a £40 fine, and £32 surcharge.

Dominic Batinello, 27, of Wellington Court, Accrington, admits using racist abusive behaviour, and must pay £100 compensation, a £40 fine, and £85 costs.
Craig Nightingale, 45, of Lancaster Road North, Preston, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting possessing three wraps on cocaine, and was ordered to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
