WATCH: Reckless teens risk lives scaling Blackpool's Winter Gardens
The pair scaled the Winter Gardens before being collared by two members of staff, who urged them not to repeat their antics and claimed police were ‘too busy to come out’ after calling 101 and getting no answer.
After being marched off the premises, one of the brazen youths bragged: “That was the funniest busting I have ever had in my life.
“Off scot-free because the police are too busy.”

The incident, the latest in a string of stunts filmed at resort landmarks, has now been reported to police, and the staff involved in tackling the duo will be ‘retained on the procedures should an incident like this take place’, a spokesman said.
“During the weekend, two individuals illegally accessed restricted areas of the Winter Gardens, which was both irresponsible and dangerous, posing a significant danger to themselves,” he added.
“Once aware, the individuals were escorted from the site and the police have since been notified.“Security is our highest priority and, with our partners, will be reviewed to ensure such an incident does not take place again.”

In the 15-minute long clip, the boys can be seen peering over the edge of the roof overlooking Church Street, while one of the lads is filming balancing precariously on a brick wall.
The pair later tell the camera they are ‘hiding from police’, before the footage shows them being led down stair by a duty manager and operations worker.
Seemingly unaware they are being recorded by the teenagers, one member of staff is heard saying: “Please don’t do that again. Don’t do it again, guys.“We have notified the police so it has been logged.
“They are too busy to come out so you have got away with it this time, but please don’t do it again.
“If you fall, there’s going to be a storm, not just for us but for your side of it as well.”
