Aspiring sports stars from Garstang Community Academy celebrated their successes with a little help from Liverpool FC U18s player Adam Phillips.
The midfielder and former Garstang pupil, 17, presented a host of awards to team players for their sporting achievements over the past year.
Head of girls’ PE Miss Rainbow said: “It was a pleasure to have Adam present the awards and celebrate our fantastic student successes.”
The school won 16 sporting honours in district and county competitions.
