Garstang Tae Kwon Do has held another successful grading including the handing out of two new black belts.

And instructor at the club, John Grime, says that after a restructuring he’s hoping the club can welcome some new members.

He said: “Garstang Tae Kwon Do is flourishing after a successful grading in late December adding two new Black Belts to the ranks. I’d like to say well done to Charlotte Ryan and Nathan Little, Garstang Community Academy students, on obtaining their Black Belt (1st Dan) ranking.

“Due to the popularity of the classes, the Saturday morning session has had to be divided into two one hour sessions with the beginners, adults and children, and lower grades attending between 10.30am and 11.30am at the Garstang YMCA on Windsor Road.” Anyone interested in joining the club can call 01995 600916.
