Man (22) is facing shotgun charge
A 22-year-old man has appeared at court charged with possessing a shotgun without a licence.
James Smalley of Whin Lane, Out Rawcliffe, Over Wyre had his case adjourned by Blackpool Magistrates.
He will next appear before the court on July 29.
Chrissie Hunt prosecuting asked for the adjournment so the gun can be examined by a firearms expert to see whether it has been deactivated and cannot be fired.
