POLICE have issued CCTV stills of two men who want to speak with in connection with the theft of pet items stolen from Barton Grange Garden Centre.

The offence took place between 1.10pm and 1.55pm on January 15 when two men put a dog duvet and dog bed into their trolley before distracting the checkout counter assistant and leaving the store separately without paying.

PC Kevin Berry from Wyre Police said: “An investigation is underway and I would appeal to anybody with recognises these men to come forward and contact police.”

Police have also released a CCTV image of a white escort van that they are believed to have been travelling in.

Anyone with any information should call PC 2025 Berry at Lancashire Police on 101.

People with information can also contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or on-line at Crimestoppers-uk.org. No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court.
