Royal Lancashire Show traffic tailbacks

Tavellers need to be aware of possible traffic delays as the Royal Lancashire Show gears up for a busy weekend.

The show is located on a site off Salesbury Hall Road on the outskirts of Ribchester.

It was reported that tea time traffic was nose to tail from Ribchester bridge up to the A59 on Friday evening.

The show continues on Saturday and Sunday with a range of attractions including the Adrenaline motorbike and quad stunt show, an army village, a farm and countryside village, equestrian classes and a military vehicles display.
