Black belt spells danger

Hard working students from Great Eccleston Taekwondo club have attained their black belt.

Students Angus Carter (left) and Garreth Edge (right) who have achieved black belt status in taekwondo alongside William Brown (middle) who achieved 2nd Dan (one up from black belt).

After training for several years in the sport Angus Carter and Garreth Edge were awarded the martial arts belt alongisde William Brown who achieved second Dan, which is the belt above black.

Club representative Angie Ashcroft said: “ All three students are a great example of the young people that take part in the sport, working hard and showing determination and perseverance to develop their skills in this Korean martial art and Olympic sport.”
