Excitement around the filming in Blackpool of a new Tim Burton movie hit the resort last year at the height of the season and now six months on the trailer is here.

Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children tells the story of a boy who, following a horrific family tragedy, follows clues that take him to a derelict orphanage for ‘peculiar’ children.

This is a beautifully Burton as you would expect, and critics are already saying this is Tim back to his very best.

The film is set to hit theatres in September 2016, but to wet your appetite here is the official trailer - although sadly it doesn’t look like Blackpool has made it into this particular cut, but never mind?
