Legendary punk rockers The Damned arrived in Preston over the weekend for a special appearance at the city's independent record store Action Records.
Rocking up to the Church Street shop on Saturday (April 14), the band were in the city to celebrate the launch of their eleventh studio album ‘Evil Spirits’.
More than 150 fans lined up inside and outside the shop to get their vinyl and CDs signed by the band, which includes front man Captain Sensible.
Owner of Action Records, Gordon Gibson, said: “It was a fantastic day. The band were really sociable taking the time to talk to everyone of all ages from old punk rockers to younger fans.
“We tried to be sensible but when it kicked off everyone was jumping around and enjoying the moment, the band included!
“They hung around for an hour and a half afterwards just chatting away about memories from over the years.”
