Join the 50th anniversary celebrations of the National Theatre with three popular recent productions beamed into the Dukes in Lancaster.

The venue, which doubles as a cinema, will show three of the most popular NT Live broadcasts.

Rory Kinnear’s acclaimed Hamlet is screened on Saturday and Sunday and Alan Bennett’s Habit of Art, starring the late Richard Griffiths, will be shown on November 10.

On Halloween, October 31, comes a chance to see Danny Boyle’s award-winning version of Frankenstein with Benedict Cumberbatch as The Creature. On November 2, Jonny Lee Miller plays that role opposite Cumberbatch as Victor, above.

The first NT Live of the season – Othello – is already sold out at The Dukes but there is an encore on November 2. Box Office: 01524 598500 or www.dukes-lancaster.org
