EastEnders actress Melissa Suffield (Lucy Beale) is returning to Blackpool North Pier Theatre this summer to star in the title role of the pier’s family-friendly traditional pantomime Cinderella.

North Pier stars Steven Hall and funnyman Jolly Goode co-star along with a supporting cast and amazing dancers.

This summer’s North Pier Theatre traditional panto, Cinderella, will be fun for all the family with lots of music, dance, fun and laughter.

The show is presented by Trio Entertainment who broke all box office records with the wonderful Wizard of Oz last summer (which also returned by popular demand at Easter starring Melissa, right).

Cinders herself, Melissa, said: “I’m so excited to be returning to Blackpool.

“I had fun when I was last here at Easter and look forward to exploring more of what Blackpool has to offer.

“I didn’t manage to get to the Pleasure Beach then, so that’s top of my list!

“I can’t wait to be back on the North Pier again.

“The staff were so friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful theatre.”

Melissa Suffield played the role of Lucy Beale in East-Enders for six years from the age of 11 and has appeared in a number of television series including Bravo Two Zero, Poirot and Magic Grandad.

Steven Hall is best known for his unique dance performance on Britain’s Got Talent.

Since making it to the finals of the show in 2011, Steven has appeared on the Britain’s Got Talent arena tour and continues to perform his crowd-pleasing routines at theatres, nightclubs and schools.

Cinderella will be performed every Wednesday from July 16 to August 27 at 2pm and 7pm at Blackpool’s North Pier Theatre. Tickets £10, family discounts (£25.50 for three or £30 for four).
