Points failure on railway lines between Blackpool and Preston
Northern has announced that due to a points failure between Preston and Blackpool North, some lines are closed.
The rail operator said services could be affected until mid-day.
Train services running to and from Preston and Blackpool North may be cancelled or delayed.
Disruption was expected until noon.
