The ‘flashing’ offence is said to have happened in Preston on March 11.

A Preston man has been charged with exposing himself in a public place. Matthew Alexander, 30, is accused of intentionally exposing himself, intending that some would see him.

The offence is alleged to have taken place on March 11. He appeared before Preston Magistrates’ Court on March 29, where he denied the charge. He was remanded in custody until April 21.

The court also issued a special measure banning Alexander from cross-examining a witness and allowed the witness to give evidence behind a screen.
