In the new episode, McGuinness says he has "had an accident" following a panicked downhill drive through the jungle, without any power in his engine and problems with his gear stick.
A new photo has been released of the Top Gear team proudly standing around their rainbow coloured cars, which will also feature in the series.
The team had initially tried to include them in the car collection of the Sultan Of Brunei, who was the centre of a series of protest over repressive legislation which would have seen homosexuals stoned to death.
Top Gear airs on BBC Two on Sunday at 8pm.
Flintoff, who played for Lancashire during his domestic career, recently took on the role as an ambassador for the Red Rose county.
